hi ther, im writing to you from italy to ask you about liver protection.... and coz i dont want to make a translation mistake.
is milk thistle the english name for silybum marianus?
does ala stands for alpha lipoic acid?
what about dosages for a typical test en-dbol cycle of about ten weeks
(500 mg test wk, 30 dbol ed only wk 1-4)
do i have to take them every day to protect my poor liver?

you are correct...milk thistle is silybum marianum, and ala is alpha lipoic acid....dosage on milk thistle should be a gram a day....im not really sure about the ala...i just take it when im on orals...i wouldn't think that you would need a liver protectant for the duration of your cycle, but i'll let some other guys comment on this

I was resently on toxic antibiotics for 3 weeks and I asked my Doc about herb medications/protection for my liver and he told me pretty much that yeah it's great and all, but it's 200x better if you can start 2wks before any toxins get into your body. As for afterwards I'd run an extra week for everything to go through you.
