test d-bol and winny

i am 6' 185 and what to do a cycle of test enanthate winstrol and d-bol what would be the right way of goign about this cycle like weeks i should take each and what side effects and types of gains i am looking. i am a newbie to this and any help i could get would only be for the best for me. thanks in advance

I would run it like this :

Weeks 1-4 D-bol 30 mgs ed
Weeks 1-10 Test E 400mgs if its your first cycle
Weeks 7-12 Winny 50 mgs ed or eod

PCT : clomid and Nolva day after winny : Clomid 300mg 1st day---
100mg days 2-11--- 50mg days 12-21 and Nolva all thru pct at 20mg ed

You should have Extra Nolvadex on hand for your cycle in case you see gyno creepin up, or maybe even take Nolva thru out cycle at 10mg ed it would be wise to keep bloat down.

Have your diet---rest---lifting in check and you'll grow. Keep us updated.

Iam running the same cycle with EQ added in there starting Jan.---

i agree with big boy on the d-bol and winny but i think i would run test at 500 mg a week broken up into 2 shots 1 mon 250mg's then 1 thurs at 250mg's
