hi guys!greetings from greece.i'm 30 years old, lifting for about 4 years,195 lbs,never on gear before.i'm thinking of taking a chance with this cycle..

1-10 weeks sust 500mg(mon250mg-thur250mg)
50 mg proviron ED
20 mg nolvadex ED

PCT
13 week 5000iu HHG+20 mg nolvadex
14 week 5000iu HHG+20 mg nolvadex
15 week 2500 iuHHG+20 mg nolvadex

its my first cycle so i want to keep it as simple as possible to see how my body react to test.the only thing that concern's me is,should i go ahead with the 500mg of sust or should i run 250 mg of testoviron ?(test e).dont want to get freaky huge...just something to get me back growing again....

I would run Test e twice a week. Run it just like the sust with 500 mg. If you do decide sust (which is fine I know a lot of people that wont use any other form of test) do a half a cc every other day. For your post cycle therapy get rid of the hcg . Pick up some clomid instead your balls shouldn't be to the point where you need hcg. With post cycle therapy use clomid 300mg the first day, 100mg everyday for a week, and then 50mg for two weeks after that. Hope this helps

if you can switch to test-e then do so...drop the hcg for some clomid....

hcg will not do the job clomid will, you run hcg prior to running clomid or nolva post cycle. id run the hcg at 500 iu ed for the last 14 days of your cycle. then start your clomid and nolva a couple days after hcg is done...MM

alos run a single estered test. your levels will be all over the place if you run 500mg of sust. i like proviron so kee[p that at 50mg ed throughout cycle...id save the nolvadex for the end unless your noticing problems...MM
