O.K. I;ve made alot of post of what I was gonna do for a first
and now I started today with 325mg test e and 200mg bold
both qv. heres what my cycle will look like.
wk 1-13 750 test e
wk 1-12 400mg eq
.25 l-dex ed
10mg nolva ed
clomid 300/100/50 and 20mg nolva ed pct
my question is I have enough d-bol to run 35mg ed
for 4 wks to kick start...should I
also most will say to drop the test to 500 wk does anyone
think it is a good amount?
Way too much test for a first cycle. In fact, you are running over a gram of products on a first cycle. Bad idea. I grew 24 lbs on my first cycle of 250 of test. The problem is your body will require as much as you are running now on future cycles. You are limiting your future to high doses and they just arent necessary if you are lifting, resting and eating right. Cut down to 500 at the most.Quote:

I would only run 500 mg test/wk and i would save the Dbol for a future cycle. Test will be just fine for a first cycle.
Test only at 400-500mg a week save the rest for down the road.

i compltetly agree with them im on my third cycle @ 750mg of test/week
yeah bro i agree with the guys above no need for that much test on the first cycle. 400mg would be sufficient and def no more than 500mg/wk. My first was 400mg/wk and my second included 400mg/wk as well. Will be running third will 500mg/wk. good luck with the cycle
Yeah, that is alot of test for ur first cycle. 750mgs, is a lot for some guys period... GO with 250 to 500 max...

For your first cycle you just don't need 750mg. You will grow like a weed on the 500mg. I would also save the dbol for your next cycle as well.Quote:

I know many folks run dbol to jumpstart, but you might just go with injectables on your first cycle...to determine how your body reacts to them alone.
Ron wrote an excellent post about a first cycle. In it, he mentioned being doubled over in bed for a couple of days...unable to workout...due to the dbol.

I agree 100%. Although a jump start on a cycle is nice, dont complicate things if sides appear. I started my first cycle with dbol and by the end of the first week, my glands were so swollen I couldn't move my neck. I stopped everything and it went away. A month later I started my cycle w/out dbol and sure enough I learned it was the dbol that my body doesn't like. I lost a month waiting to learn it. Run a simple first cycle of 1 compund, 2 at the most. Be patient and learn how your body reacts to each.Quote:
