I ordered some Clen the other day and I just found out that i am getting a free sample of liquid Ketotifen. How do i use this in conjunction with Clen?? What is the dosage, etc? I do not know how big the bottle is or how many mg it is??

I take ketotifen at night because it makes me sleepy......
1ml = 3mg of ketotifen.... so I take 1ml ED
For ketotifen to be effective you need to take 2mg to 3mg daily

Apprec the info as well... I had NO idea how to use Ketotifen. I was like.... WHY DIDN'T THEY SEND INSTRUCTIONS WITH THIS **** BOTTLE!
