First Cycle on Hand, ready to go..looking for some input
Ive received the contents of my order and as of next monday will be starting my first cycle
Here is what i plan to do
500mg/wk RT test enan 1-10
10mg/day Nolva 1-10
300, 100, 50- 21 day PCT with Clomid
From everything that i have read, it seemed that this cycle was the most prescribed and profitable for a first time user. And with dedication i feel as if i will add substancially to my frame..
Work out Plan (weights)
Monday: Legs (squats, leg press, lunges, extentions)Abs
Tuesday: Chest ( flat, incline, decline, pec deck,pushups ,dips) and Tricep ( skull crushers, extensions, pulldowns, close grip decline)
Wednesday: Shoulders (military, dumbell press, shrugs, pushups, dips) Biceps (hammercurl, straightbar, preacher curl, fireman's ladder)
Thursday: Legs (squat, deadlift, pylometric routine)
Work out Plan (cardio)
Monday: Swim ( distance 6-7 miles), Jog treadmill (20 minutes)
Tuesday: Swim (sprints 100-150 intense laps) Sprints (suicides, 17's)
Wednesday: Jog 25 minutes
Thursday: Swim (distance 3-4 miles), Jog treadmill (20 minutes)
Friday: Swim ( sprints 50-100 laps), Run mile for time( under 6 minutes)
Stats:
21 years old, 175 pounds 4% BF 6'4
College Baseball player, former National swim team member
Been intensly training for 7 years, with a 1 year break
Diet:
250-325g of Protein Daily
4000 calories
4-5 meals daily
no drugs or alcohal
Goals:
Looking to put on a total of 14-20 pounds
Remain Flexible
Be cardiovascularly in tip top shape
Any input...before i start my cycle up?
