Sorry guys I know yhis is tired.
I'm gonna start drinking my winny tomorrow. I'm going to have a glass of grapefruit juice on an empty stomach. then half an hour later drink 100mg of winny with another glass of grapefruit juice. I ran a search but couldn't find the proper procedure.does this sound o.k?

That's fine. there is no procedure.. you just drink it. Grapefruit juice may aid in absorbtion so that's fine..Originally Posted by Steven7
