need help on effects of a new cycle plz help

hi all i am new to steriods but have done about 3 months of research on them i have decided to go with the following cycle

equipoise:200mg/weekrun
test enantate:250mg/week
nolvadex 2 days on 2 days off

clomid and clen at end of cycle

run this cycle for 10 weeks

diet during cycle:
4000 calories a day
300g of protein
200g of carbs
as little fat as possible
2 gallons of water

right now i'm 6'2'' 203lbs at 17% body fat

my goals for this cycle is to gain 20lb and at the end of cycle cut cals to 2500 a day and use clen at around week 8 to try a lose some excess body fat.

my question is, what should i expect to gain from this cycle ... anyone use eq and test enantate together ... any advice would be appreciated\

I'll comment on your diet first:

diet during cycle:
4000 calories a day
300g of protein
200g of carbs
as little fat as possible
2 gallons of water


Based on what you've given us:
300g protein x 4cal/g = 1200 cal/day
200g carb x 4cal/g = 800 cal/day
Total protein/carbs = 2000 cal/day

That means the remaining 2000 calories would be from fat...not my definition of "as little fat as possible"

I don't see the point for 2days on 2days of nolva...unless this is something i've just missed in the past

As far as basic comments on your cycle, is this your first? If so, i'd recommend sticking to test en only cycle - this is just my humble opinion...but you should wait and see how your body responds to one compound before you start stacking others.

I'd say don't jump into a cycle...hold off, do some more research on diet, as well as AS...and definitely stick around here for advice...

the oter 200 cals are coming from my daily weight gainer shakes 1200 cals each at 8g of fat ...
this is my first cycle ... why should i only use test en?

Gotcha...most weight gainers have a lot of sugars in them...i'm not a big fan, personally, but check yours...i'd also make sure you're getting some EFAs in there as well (essential fatty acids) - i'd look at flax oil...

The reason i would recommend test only as a first cycle is to see how your body reacts to it - from there, you can understand how your body reacts to the basic steroid compound and assess your readiness to progress to other compounds etc...i'm not saying definitely do this, this is my opinion, so i'd bump for more replies...

would it be better to run the test en for ten weeks and then add the eq and clen to cut .... would this be more effective

50g fat ed

total cals 3650 ed

may raise carbs throughout cycle
