I'm doing 6 weeks of test prop and anavar. I only have 30 of the 50mg clomid. Will this do, or do i have to have more

no, 30 will be fine if ran at :

6 the first day (300 mg) = 6
2 for a week (100 mg's) = 14
1 for 10 days (50 mg's) = 10

One more thing, I've looked and I can't seem to find out the detection times for clomid. Key, you know anything about this?
