do whatever you can man.. if you can get to the gym do it.. exercise boosts the immune system. also, try taking some echinacea and zinc.. also boosts the immune system.. make sure you're eating well and getting enough fluids and rest. take care man, good luck with the flu.Originally Posted by Xavier_4446

Keep everything the same i just got over it myself, increase ur vitaman C intake, drink lots of fluids and rest if needed make up work in the gym later...
