hi just wondering if i use deca along with test en at 250mg/week and eq at 200mg/week for 10 weeks will help retain my gains as i've heard that test gains can be lost as quickly as i've gained them is this true?

Any fast gains can be lost quickly without post cycle therapy . The doses you're running are low, which should produce gradual results, but you still need to run a post cycle therapy regimen with clomid and nolvadex in order to make sure that your natural testosterone production returns to normal as quickly as possible after your cycle is over

Finally, a new guy that comes in with great doses for a first cycle. Ignore anyone who tells you to up these dosages as I am sure they will. My first cycle was 250 of test and 200 deca and gained 24 lbs in 12 weeks. Kept 19 after pct and all the strength.

thanks for the advice tool man ... i want to start low to see what works best for me .... i plan on taking novadex during cycle and clomid and clen pct ....i heard clen has an anti catibolic effect ... so i should definatily cansider the deca ?

I love deca . My joints never felt better while on it. Go ahead and stick with your plan.
