most will say this is retarded but all i knew about slin when i used it was one answered question from a friend who was using an ive been just fine going on 2 months now. 7 tablespoons of dextrose in half a liter of water start sippin as soon as the needle hits ( u dont have2 chug it but get it in) and a large meal of protein and carbs within an hour. for me slin is extremely simple but ill never say i dont respect it
