it all depends on what your cycle is bro?? If money is no concern then arimidex is the best product to combat estrogen. i'm going on quite a heavy cycle next year, so i would take .5mg ed for the duration of my cycle which is half a tablet. they normally come in 28 tabs per box @ 1mg each.

Anything under 750 test run .5mg arimidex and 20mg of nolv a day. Anything higher then 750 test run 1mg arimidex with 20mg nolv a day.

10mg of Nolva is fine unless you know you have seen signs of gyno then 20mg ED would be wise. L-dex you can get away with .25 to .5 ED........ I would see if the l-dex (arimidex) isn't helping at the lower doses first.... higher doses could kill your libido
