Ok, quick run down.
I'm not sure if I posted it in here or not, but here goes.
As all of ya'll know I'm doing my first show in November of 2004. Well I have the priviledge of having a very successfull amatuer bb'er help me prepare. As of now I'm on a see food diet. My main goal is to put on as much size as possible, I'll be following a low carb, VERY HIGH protein, and high fat diet. As for the gear I'll be running something along these lines.
Wk 1- June
Test enanthate 800mg a week
Deca 600mg a week
Anadrol 100mg ED 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off until June
Nolva 20mg ED (well if needed)
bromo on hand (not sure I'll need it)
tribulus 4 grams ED throughtout
Than in June I'll be switching over to cutting drugs and start focusing on diet and cardio. Wish me luck guys... I'm not going to post pics until June and than I will post them every week to show my progress.

Good luck man..he told you to try high fat/protein low carb for mass? The majority of the bodybuilders I've seen all use moderate fat/high carb/high protein for mass...but if that has worked for you in the past then I say go for it.
Make sure you keep that date of the show in the back of your mind. Good luck man and we're all rooting for you.

Actually her and the monsters she trains with all follow high fat, extremely high protein, low to moderate carbs, during bulking. I thought it quite weird myself but I've been reading up on it and if done properly you can put some monster muscle on and keep fat gains to a very minimum. Now when I diet down I'll be adding carbs into the diet in certain periods of load up stages. It's for sure different but in the past week I have put on another 7 pounds and bf has dropped not quite a full point. So obviously it's working. I'll keep ya updated..... I'm willing to try things once, if it works it works, if not than I'll start up something different.

Good luck bro.
Studies have shown that you can grow well on your diet.
The only thing that may come in play is your energy but not realy a factor on low rep and heavy lifting.

Exactly mart651, I'll be doing NO cardio what so ever until my dieting phase. All heavy low rep lifting. I followed her leg routine last week and **** near had to be carried outta the gym.

BigT the bulking diet sounds good....... The fat will give you energy while not using so many carbs...... Good luck bro!

Sample of my diet
meal1- 10 egg whites/ 2 yolks
1 cup oats
2 cups coffee
water
meal2- 8oz steak or chicken breast
1 cup broccoli or spinach
meal3- 2 cans tuna
flax
side salad
meal4- 8 oz steak or chicken breast
1 cup broccoli or spinach
meal5- 40g whey/ flax mixed in water
meal6- 60g whey/ 100g dextrose mixed in water
meal7- 2 chicken breast
meal8- 40g whey/ flax mixed in water
meal9- 2am shake 40g whey mixed in water(until I get casien protein)
every 6 or 7 days all out junk day as long as I keep my protein high.

I want to throw up. When you get old like me you work out to look good and be able to eat what you want to.
The dedication it takes to compete is a wonderful thing.

Thanks guys... I really don't care where I place, it's just an accomplishment to step foot on stage. She keeps telling me she won't except nothing less from me than Overall best. She's a Nazi when it comes to competing.
