thanks, this will help me get a feel for how important each is
please dont write all the same
percentages out of 100 would be the best

The sleep #2, cause lets face it if you take 2 guys who are pretty similar, if they train with same styles or even diff styles the guy getting the loads of sleep will most likely progress faster assuming # 1 nutrition is in check. Some argue this but without a doubt 110% nothing comes close to nutrition ive seen guys with poor "genetics" with perfect nutrition who look amazing.

Have to eat to grow. Have to train to use the food for muscle not belly. Have to sleep to repair fuller from training. Dont need gear ever, but its great to help out.
