My next cycle, "Ideas anyway"

Hey guys, I rushed into a cycle this fall. It was my first and it sucked. I didn't find this board until it was too late. I thought I had done enough research, but I hadn't really heard from Bros with experience. I realize now that my body might have been ready, but I wasn't. I'm finished with that cycle and I'm going to start my clomid in a couple weeks (I did at least get that). So I'm going to take some time off and research more, I have been for a couple months now. I have a question about anti E's. I'm going to get Nolvadex for my next cycle, but I haven't heard much about proviron . Is it worth it? (for some reason I can't find l-dex or Arimadex)
One more question I am not sure whether to include Dbol , what do you guys think for a second cycle:

Week 1-12 Enan. 500 wk
Week 1-4 Dbol 30 mg./d
Week 1-16 Nolva 10/d
Week 14-16 Clomid 300/100/50

I am getting more Nolva just in case and I'm not starting my cycle for a while, but this is my idea. While I'm waiting I'm going to try and lean down a little & finish getting my diet in order. Its not BAD, but it needs a little work

Your cyle looks good to me only thing i would do is split the into 2x a week mon and thurs good luck bro

like i just said, liquidex can be found on most research chemical websites. so yes, you can get your hands on some.
