gyno starting? advice please

question-

I am on Day 14 of a 400mg a week of Test-cyp BD - first cycle

first shot- Dec 4th
second shot- Dec 7th
third shot - Dec 10th
fourth shot - Dec 14th

I have noticed yesterday and today that my nipples hurt ever so slightly when I touch them.

There is nothing underneath the nipple and it is not sore.
they don't look puffy or red.

It is the actual nipple itself that hurts
they don't itch

Am I being paranoid????
My nips seem to be more erect also???
Is it my body sending a warning sign?

I am also on Avodart .5mg ed

should I start nolva 20mg ed?? or wait a few days?
Is it too early in the cycle for gyno signs?



A plus side- I have gained 10lbs. ( most likely waterwater)
workouts have been intense and lifts increasing slightly

I would run 60mg of Nolva until symtoms go away and the 20mg ED for the rest of your cycle.

I have a postworkout drink everyday that has 54grams of pure dextrose, 46grams of whey protein, and 10grams of creatine in 8oz of water.

would it be ok to put the nolva in that?

I would just put it my mouth and wash it down with some juice or water....... bro gyno is serious and you need to be getting it under control today.
