hey guys,when those of u who compete are done with the show and start eating normally agin,do u use any gear during this phase or just avail of the natural bulking that comes wit eating big after dieting?

no but will be doing one in either march or may,undecided on which one yet
well, 2-3 weeks post-contest, your not gonna be such in tune w/ pre-contest dieting. your gonna still eat clean, and you will naturually add your weight back. depending what your BF% is on stage, and your vascularity is, you will blow up and fill out from the abundance of glycogen from yur non-restricted carb intake. i would gain back weight naturally, then about after 4 weeks or so, it is all dependant on you on what kind of program yo want to run. some people choose to take several months off to move up and bulk so they can make the next weight class, some linger a little above contest-weight so they can do another show near by. but, whatever it is, gain back your weight naturally first, you will be surprised on how your body will blow up like mad after a show. then, when you think you've done all the blowing up you can do, w/ respects to keeping BF levels in check, then hop into a program. good luck
