Please help me w/ uice
Whats up guys,,, last time i did anything was like a yr and a half ago...
I did sust and gained like 5 lbs.... then i tried qv deca 300 and sust... i gained nothing and broke out bad (just on my back)
anyway i'm 5'7" 185 pretty much solid ( i can post a pic)
I was wondering what kind of cycle I could do... I'm always a big worry wart.. i would like something that has very minimal side effects on hairloss (if possible, or the safer)
and what do you guys suggest for anti- breakout stuff?

gaining pretty much nothing on 2 cycles has gotta have you looking at your diet

2 pounds? thats it? You do know that you have to lift while your on juice. It doesnt work by itself.

bro sounds to me like your juice was fake/ extremely underdosed/ diet ****ed/ didn't take enough/ post cycle non existant/ something to that effect
to answer your question though i too have been off for a couple years and my workouts were scares do to the circumstances i find myself in......none the less....
i am on my 3d cycle and here is an example
weeks 1-8 500mg Sus
weeks 1-8 400mg Deca or Eq
Prop available 9-12 100mg EOD
Nolvadex (anti-e)
HCG (some would argue not necessary)
Clomid
EAT= GROW
There is no reason this should not make you grow especially if you have been off for year and a half
make sure your source is trusted/ legit, good luck bro hope this helps

true... i'm gonna look into it more.. it makes no sense to me....
the source right now is good,, its givin to some of my friends that compete and he is a well respected dude... i'll keep this updated.
