I am 21 years old, been working out for about 5 years, i have taken some breaks in between working out, but i am in good shape. I am 5'11, 215 lbs, about 15% bf. I have never touched an AS, I take about 200 grams of protein a day or so. I throw in some glutamine and creatine also. I bench press 305, and can squat 515. A buddy of mine is going down to mexico and told me he would pick me up whatever i wanted, and i dont have a clue what to take. My goal is to lose some body fat, and add lean muscle. I dont want to be a body builder or anything, just be a guy that looks really in shape. If someone could help me out with something to add some lean muscle, 10 pounds or so, it would be greatly apprecitated.
