    Liquid Nolva Conversion Question

    Can someone tell me how much liquid Nolva I should be taking per day, It comes in ML's instead of MG's like the pill form, Im just not positive on how much I should take if I want to take 10mg every day. And is it the same for the Liquid Clomid? Thanks for any help.

    liquid nolva--20mg/ml
    liquid clom--50mg/ml
