Cycle help???

I am 23 and 190 lbs and 12 % bf. I was originally going to run HGH with my cycle but after doing my research I am too young. Right now I have:

Weeks:1-15 iranian enethate (750 mg/week)
weeks:1-15 EQ (400 mg/week)
weeks: 2-15 arimidex (.25 mg/ed)

I would like to put on lean mass while being able to lower my body fat alittle. I was wondering what else I can throw in to help me. I do not know if I feel like doing winny or fina because I do not feel like injecting myself so often; I have had an abcess from bad gear before so I am missing a glute to inject into because of scar tissue

. I feel like looking lean at the end is the overall result I want. I would appreciate the help. Thanks

You want to exten the Enan 1 week so that the EQ and test run out around the same time.

Weeks:1-16 iranian enethate (750 mg/week)
weeks:1-15 EQ (500 mg/week)
weeks: 1-18 arimidex (.50 mg/ed)
weeks: 1-18 nolvadex 10mg ED

Start PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 28 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 29 - 35 20mg Nolva

What type of diet do you guys recommend. I have one in mind right now but I am curious to what you have to say.

at 190, you need at least 300g protein a day, plus around 4,500-5,000 calories a day. a lot of meat, and get some good carbs in too (pasta, rice, etc..) make sure to drink a ton of water too.
