clen and eca should be used like this

2 week clen on, 1 week clen off ECA on

so 2 on 1 off 2 on 1 off.

ur supposed to use ECA and clen together. not at the same time, unless u want mad heart racing lol, or ur clen is underdosed .........

i still dont understand what it is that u want bro ?
