which cycle is more effective, and why?

cycle 1:

deca - 400mg/week 1-8
test enan- 750mg/week 1-8
anavar weeks 1-4. 20mg ed
winstrol tabs weeks 6-11 50mg ed
clomid/nolva after

cycle 2:

deca- 300 mg/week 1-12
test enan- 600mg/week 1-12
anavar weeks 1-4. 20 mg ed
winstrol tabs weeks 10-15 50 mg ed
clomid/nolva after

i want atleast 15- 20lbs and great strength gains. this will be my 5th cycle ever.
6'1'' 230. just not sure about cycle duration. any help thx

1-4 30mg dbol
1-12 test e 500mg wkly
1-11 deca 400mg wkly

start pct 2 wks after last test shot

IMO leave the winny out,won't do much for you on a bulk cycle but harden you up a little at the end.save it for a cut cycle..I don't like anavar ..dbol is a much better jumpstart to the cycle.

with the cycle I threw at you above you can get 15# no problem if your DIET is correct.

i agree with da bull. save the anavar and winny for a cut cycle a few months down the road. the anavar combined with winny and some clen will get you shred up the bulk you'll put on with the cycle da bull prescriped.
