1st cycle

This is my first cycle (sorda). About a year ago, I took 5 weeks of dbol by its self, and then a lil after I tried drol by itself. No problems, pretty good gains, about 15lbs on both, kept 10 from both. This is going to be my next cycle. I am 6'2 and about 200lbs, i'd say about 9 or 10% bodyfat. 22 Years old, training for about 7 years.

Denkall 75mg - anadrols, weeks 1-4
Denkall 400 Test - 500mg weeks 1-9

Will be injecting twice a week 250mg every monday and thursday. Nolva needed for PCT? The reason for drol is I felt alot better on it then dbol. Let me me know what you all think.

Run the test to 10, drop the drols to 50

.25mg L-dex + 10mg Nolva ED throughout cycle

PCT- 100mg clomid + 20mg Nolva for 30 days starting 3wks after ;ast injection

The L-dex (anti-e) is for keeping down bloat and avoiding gyno. The 10mg of Nolva ED is to help maintain lipid levels.

If you want more info, do a search using "Pheedno", "SERM", and/or "Lipids." Pheedno has posted several times on the details of using 10mg of Nolva ED.

Droping the drol is easy. Uping the test isnt. I have the denkall 400, its 10ml. 1ml = 400mg Should I got 400 a week instead?

For your first cycle anywhere from 250mg - 400mg per week is more than enough to bulk reasonably well (as long as it's a long lasting ester of testosterone ).

Well, denkall is actually all 3 in one. But 400mg should be alright, should I have less of a concern w/ gyno w/ the low dosage of mg a week now?

You'll be fine at 400mg per week.

Gyno depends on your body chemistry. Each person reacts differently to steroids . The only way to find out how you will react to AS is to use it and be prepared for emergencies such as having nolvadex , etcetera on-hand should gyno occurr.
