to cut first, or bulk
I know that this is probably a frequently asked question but im coming up on using my first cycle. I have about 15-17% bodyfat and im sorta uncomfortable with it, but im not running to the bathroom puking after every meal yet...ok you get the point. I know that if i did a bulk cycle, i would follow it up later with a cut cycle, but it might not be like that the other way around. It probably would though. Many people have told me to do bulk first but what do you all think. Ive also heard people cut at the end of the cycle though i think most people would tend to say that is not the best idea. Btw, it would be my first cycle

if your uncomfortable with your bf i'd say cut first,
b/c your only going to add more bf while bulking,

Any cycle can be change to a cutting/bulking by changing diet and training routine. Gear has very little to do with cutting/bulking. Winter time I bulk and early spring I start to cut. It's your call , what goal are you shooting for ?

You deffinately need to bulk first, it makes more sense. Because on a bulking cycle you are going to gain fat, then you can cut it all off. If its your first cycle, your first cycle is your best you better not waste it on a cutter

I would suggest cutting the fat. I have a more possitive mindset when I can see the size and cut. If your body fat is high you will think you are getting fatter. You always cut down after a cycle but that means you are cutting down for your next cycle if you know what I mean.

I did a sust/deca cycle and althought i did gain some weight, I am starting to lose it by just doin cardio on an empty stomach for 45 min 4 days/wk, and just make sure you eat clean just like when you are on a cycle

Why dont you cut before you cycle with some clen perhaps? Then go on a beef up cycle then cut again...

always bulk then cut, you need to have some fat on you to put on some serious muscle weight.

More muscle you have, the easier it is the lose weight.
