if u had a choice bro's........
k bro's im plannin on doing a cycle to lose bout 20 lbs fat, gain like 5 solid retainable pounds of muscle.....so heres the plan
T3 and Clen will be in it for sure..........for the rest what would u rather do....
simply run 30 cc's of Prop EOD
or do like 20 cc's of Prop, with 20 cc's of Fina?

what's the dosage of the tren , i'm assuming the prop is 100mg/ml

if your going to shoot every other day like this:
prop 150mg EOD
tren 150 mg EOD
but you will get much better results if you shoot every day
prop 100mg ED
tren 75mg ED
how long are you going to run this? 10 weeks would be good

nah bro 10 weeks would be too long of prop for me........im just gonna do like 6 weeks 2 weeks on clen
w weeks off 2 weeks on, and run the t3 throuout ok thanks for the help bro l8r

Do some research on tren . It has been known to release igf which in turns to help burn fat. I'd do tren prop but for like 8 weeks.

Sounds like a good plan to me. You can also do a little more strategic planning and run a basic test...
Weeks 1-4 - Use these weeks to drop into Ketosis
Weeks 3-4 - Clen
Weeks 1-10 - 250mg Enanthate /Cypionate (low dose to hold muscle)
Weeks 4-12 - 100mg Fina EOD or 50mg Fina ED
Weeks 4-7 - T3
Weeks 8-10 - Clen
Weeks 11-12 - ECA
Weeks 12-13 - PCT
Weeks 12-14 - Clen

Oh, and on your stats, once you're in Ketosis, you'd want to stay away from having more then 200g of Protein and stay the hell away from shakes. Try to get 200g of Protein from real food. Anything over will convert into Glucose. Glucose no good.

30cc's of prop EOD? that is a hell of a lot sounds like to me. If I'm not mistaken a cc is still a ml isn't it?
