gaining fat after a cycle
from the last two years i've done four bulking cycles on gear and from that i have gained excess body fat that i need to strip. I have a fast metabolism 'cos basically i can eat what i want and not get fat, but that doesn't apply whan i'm on gear. I always gain a bit at the end of a cycle, anyway, my question is, will cardio first thing AM be enough on it's own without worrying about dieting? Why would i need to diet if i don't even pile on the pounds anyway?
Just to note, i've started my clen /eca stack

The cardio in the AM will help but diet is crucial.

Diet and cardio on an empty stomach does wonders. Do at least 45 min at 70% of your hr max.

ok but what if i was to do cardio and NOT diet? I'm not gaining weight anyway so i think i can get away with just the cardio

All you can do is try it out and see what happens....... If you keep eatting the same and add the cardio I do feel you will lose weight because of the added cardio being done

What about you, if you don't diet, do you start getting fat?

I eat clean pretty much year round and while bulking my highest bf % is around 13% far from fat..... I have a good metabolism but yes I do put on some fat but not a lot.
