OK, since my last post got the ravest reviews.(joke) I deciced to friggin' cram as much info on AAS as I could, and I have decided to wait until my sustanon comes in and do my deca/sus cycle from there.

One question though...?

Could I start my deca if I know that my sus will be here in 3 weeks ?(I know for a fact.) This is how it would work for my 8 wk cycle. deca wk 1-8/sus wk 4-8.

Or should I just wait and take the sus and deca at the start. Then after wk 4 come off my sus.

Just so you guys know I do have nolva on hand and will be taking it throughout wks 2-7. Then my clomid.

Another question who knows what "peps 100" is?

My buddy has done several cycles since his teen years(he's 30) and told me that it really doesn't matter when you start your test as long as it's in there. He said by doing sus at the end I would cut out on some water weight. And by also taking it at the end I would perceive myself as seeing the progressions better.

Don't start anything until you have everything in your hands. Trust me on this, Murphy's Law is against you here!

If you are going to run the nolva, continue it all the way through your PCT.

I'd run a minimum of 10 weeks, and run the test one week longer than the deca, but it's up to you in the end bro.

The sus would help with cutting some water retention, but yes it does matter when you start them.

Start them together. Run Test longer than the deca for SURE. Run the test longer than 4 weeks also.

Something like this:

Wk 1-10 Sust
Wk 1-8 deca

That’s better. Even better might be not to use sus, but to use cypionate or enanthate. Simplicity for my first cycle is my reason for switching to a single ester. You want things to be very simple first time around, it makes for easier documentation and less side effects. Run the Nolva throughout the cycle but ALSO through PCT WHILE taking clomid.

dude i though so too but i cannot put on any weight i eat at least 4000 cals a day and 7 times a day with way more than 200 grams of protein a day it sucks but i cannot even gain fat.

sust weeks 1-10 500mgs
Deca weeks 1-9 400mgs

Whether you want to believe this or not up to you. There seems to be a little misconception with steroids, in that people think by taking them that's a guarantee to gain weight. If that were the case none of us on here would be eating every chance we get. You can take as much steroids as you want, you don't eat you don't grow. 4,000+ cals and you can't grow? **** you got a worm? What's your diet look like?

j dawg, somethings not right, or you're not being completely honest with yourself or us.

You could be:

Over training
Not training properly
Not enough enough cals (so more than 4,000 if necessary)
Not enough Protein (more than 200g a day if necessary)
Not enough sleep
Too much cardio.

Use weight gainer if eating more than 4,000 cals of solid foods starts to get tough.

Try to ensure that you’re running about at least 10 weeks. I think in my opinion that if you don’t run that long you won’t get as significant results. Get everything in your hand because if you get impatient and things go wrong, guess what…

bro i read this and think your really just bull ****ting us, i have never read a thread or a post anywhere suggesting you to split the gear like that.

but hell you appear to be stuck on running your gear so like the others said, weeks 1-8 500mg Sus and 400mg Deca, at the very least run them 8 weeks, your receptors are spotless a short cycle could work for you, 8 weeks gear, diet, hard azz training, you will grow, run the nolva throughout the cycle or just when/ if gyno pops up and a must to run it thru PCT

Also don't be so sure the Sus will help reduce water bro, i have always stuck to one ester tests, and have never had the bloat i am experiencing now that i am on Sus and Deca together, everyone reacts different good luck bro, have any questions ask, you need all the help you can get and thats what this board is for...........
