DO you need to use nolva and l-dex as anti-E's?? Or can you use one only? My planned cycle is:
wk1-13 Denkall Test Cyp @ 500mg/wk
wk1-12 QV Eq 2 400mg/wk
wk8-13 Winnie Tabs ED
Anti-E's: Nolva or L-dex?? Which one?
PCT: clomid, nolva or l-dex and clen
You would be fine just running .5mg of test every other day
i like to run .5mg of arimidex EOD with 10mg nolv throughout cycle. pct bump the nolv to 20mg and clomid as usual.
959 is being super cautious and if u want u can run both but with your cycle Which I have done I was fine with just .5mg of ldex
Running both are a good idea Nolva is a SERM and will help keep lipids stable and L-dex will keep excess test from converting to estrogen.
like 956Vett I like to use 10mg of Nolva ED but .25 of L-dex ED throgh the cycle.
