How should i run this cycle and when should i start nolva? Should i take NO2 while on the cycle to increase the pump?

I don’t know of NO2’s worth, so whether to run during cycle or not I don’t know. I wouldn’t run it period.

We can’t just tell you how to run a cycle. You need to understand their compounds and match them with your goals.

I will give you a few things to abide by when formulating a cycle.

I wouldn’t run test shorter than 10 weeks, or less than 350mg a week and no more that 500mg a week for a first cycle.

A second compound, like EQ is not necessary for a first cycle and many will advise against it since you do not know how you will react to just one compound.

Enanthate is a good choice for a first cycle because it is bound to one ester and its simplicity is good for a beginner.

EQ, should you opt to run it should be ran at least 12 weeks. Test should also run a week past that.

So now, a cool cycle would be:

Wk 1-13 test enanthate
Wk 1-12 EQ

As far as when to administer the anti estrogens and clomid…well that’s something I’ll leave you to research. The administration of clomid or PCT is heavily dependent on the esters you use. I recommend you research esters.
