How much nolvadex do you use?

I base it on what my cycle consists of, and whats going to be involved in my pct.

its usually somewhere around the 20-25mg mark or so though.

i use 20mgs ed....upped to 80 for like two or three weeks cos i was lactating....bringing it back down to 20 at 40 at the moment...

I decided not to take any at all a while back, and it worked fine for me (t-only cycle).

However, if I were to experience any symptoms, I would take it immediately and continue...

This is all dependent upon the individual and the cycle. I'd guess that most take 10mg though.
