Ok.. hello everyone this is my first time posting and im new to working out.. im 18 years of age.. and about 6'2-6'3 and about 285lbs and i know im over weight .. i have tryed to lose weight alot of time in the past but i has not worked deiting is just not for me.. but recently i have started to weight train to give me some thing to do and i enjoy it alot .. but i really dont know what im doing.. .. Could someone give me some advise and tell me what roids to stay away form. and what would help me the most and what kind of program i should get on.. i would like to Burn Fat. and get down to at least 240 and build muscle right now i bench about 210.. max i have a very weak uper body....
Any advise would help i dont want to go into this the wrong way..
