My First Cycle !!! Help !!!

Veiled, I will make a first cycles very soon and I wanted to know what think you!

I leave from a point of view to make that cycles in order to pass from the stages of stagnation!

I have 4 years of training behind me, I am has 98 kg for 1.83 meter and 14-16% of fat

and thus veiled what I provide!!!

WEEK 1 to 8: 200 Mg of TRENBOLONE ACETATE, INJECTIONS: SUNDAY - TUESDAY - FRIDAY
WEEK 2 - 4 - 6 - 8: 1 SUSTANON in order to go up level of testosterone ! INJECTION: SUNDAY

End of cure CLOMID, 2 weeks after the last injection of SUSTANON and according to the following method:
ßt day: 150 Mg
2nd to the 11 3rd day: 100 Mg
1ème to the 21 3rd: 50 Mg

CLENBUTEROL (0.04mg)
day 1-2: 0.04 Mg
day 3-4-5: 0.08 Mg
day 6-7: 0.12 Mg
day 8-9-10: OFF
day 11-12: 0.08mg
day 13-14: OFF
day 15-16: 0.12mg
day 17-18: OFF
day 19-20: 0.12mg
day 21-22: OFF
day 23-24: 0.12mg
day 24-25: OFF
day 26-27: 0.12mg

That's not a good cycle, one shot of sustanon every other week is gonna do nothing, secondly tren needs to be shot atleast EOD, preferably every day. Stick to a simple cycle of something like test enanthate for 10 weeks. As far as what you wrote at the end, I don't even understand what your asking.

what darkseid said, also tren is not for beginners, your first cycle should be a single esther test for ten weeks like this:

400mg test enanthate weeks 1-10

keep it simple and start off with one compound
