Here it is:

Wk 1-10 Eq 500mg wk
Wk 4-6 Winny @ 50mg ed
Wk 7-10 Winny @ 100mg ed

My question is this.

When do i start taking the milk thistle? Where do i get it and is it tabs.
Also, my winny is oral. I think this is harder on my liver so should i take more milk thistle?

Last, is winny oral as effective as inject? All pills at once or spread them out over the day.

I would say a dose of 50mg ed is more than enough for a second cycle.

Stats?

Orals winny and injectables are identical in make up. I'd suggest 1000mg ED of MT one week before and one week afer Winny.

Sorry yep split the pills Winny/MT through out the day. some suggest to take winny with grapefruit juice.

Is milk thistle a tab???

Also are you saying to lower the last 2 wks to 50mg ed???

I think its kinda pointless to up your wiiney to 100mg every day at the last 2 weeks of cycle i would just run 50mgs every day thats more then enough for a 2nd cycle. other then that your cycle looks good.

milk thistle comes in capsules and pills....go to any health food store to obtain.....take like big al said........

i agree with the above suggestions....winny 50mg everyday (i like it divided into 2x a day)..........viper
