There are a few threads on Hydroxycut in the Supplements forum, you should check em out.
Hydroxycut works well along w/ a good diet and cardio 3-4 times a week.

make sure u follow the directions on it and follow a healthly diet.
my cousin took too many and ended in the hospital. He thought his heart was going to jump out of his chest! Also drink lots of water while on that stuff!

Winny is steroid. Used for cutting, hardening, solidfying muscles, as well as increasing vascularity.
Clen is more along the lines of an ECA like hydrox. though.

Ya stay away from winny untill you 21 or so bro. Hydrox is ok for you or xenadrine. Dont waste you time on any gells or spays untill you loose some of the weight thought. I hear some of the gells work but I always felt they were a waste
