I`m new here but i´m reading this forum quite a long time.
First i would like to tell you somethings about myself.
I am 24 i live in Athens Greece.
My first contact with the iron sport was before 2 years but the last 1 year i havent been trained at all! Thats was because i had an accident and my hand was injured very badly at the wrist, 3 tendons were cut and the joint that holds the palm with the forarm :-( Before this accident i was 110kilos (about 220pounds)
with 10% bodyfat, now i am 102kilos with 25%bodyfat. (1.80meters tall)
Anyway i have started 1 month now and i am in the 1st week of my 4th cycle.I would like to hear your worthy opinions about this cycle:
Weeks 1-6: Dianabol tabs 20mg/d reaching 50mg/d at week 6
Weeks 1-12: Deca injections 400mg/w starting at 200mg at
week 1 and ending with 50mg at week 12, most of weeks i keep the intake of deca at 400mg/w
Weeks1-8: Androbolic injections 50mg/eod
Weeks 7-12: Testoviron Depot Starting with 500mg/w ending with 250mg/w at week 12.
Weeks 5-8: Proviron/Nolvadex 25mg/10mg daily
Weeks 5-7: HCG 5000IU/W
Weeks 12-15: Proviron/Nolvadex 25mg/10mg daily
Weeks 12-14: HCG 5000IU/W
Weeks 13-14:Clenbuterol 7tabs/d(140mcg/d)
Weeks 15-16:Ephedrine 50mg/d
Weeks 17-18: Clenbuterol 7tabs/d(140mcg/d)
Weeks 18-20:Ephedrine 50mg/d
End.
Well i expect some very good gains (strenth & mass)
I do my training at home (i have all the equipment)
Day 1 : Chest & Biceps
Day 2 : Rest
Day 3 : Back & Triceps
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Shoulders & forearms
I´m not doing any cardio at this moment (i will do it after i begin my cutting cycle) and i eat like a lion.![]()
