you may want to run some armidex or liquidex with the cycle. liquidex is readily available and cheap too. dont forget your clomid and nolva for pct.
EDIT:if you run the ldex it will help keep some of that enanthate bloat down....if your concerned at all about it
You shouldn't.
But, it all depends on how prone to gyno you are. You don't really know until you start sticking yourself with extra test.
You could get some nolva, liquidex, arimidex (one, no need for all).
Don't forget PCT.

Depends on how you react to test... but most of the time, I would say no.
I run anti-es every time. Bloat for one but I dont want to end up looking like a Woman.

i was on a similar all test cycle, but i used 1-4 test prop 100mg/eod for a kick start. how was your gyno during pubertgy
