what to do with 20 mg nolvs?EOD or split

hey my nolvs come in 20mg tabs rather then 10 .... i was planning to do 10mgs a day thrughout my cycle... should i just take one every other day or try biting them in half or splittin them ???/

Why not take 20mgs/day

what ever you decide they must be taken ED

i thought 10 was sufficient to keep down bloating...and only higher if run into gyno problems ... so ill prob just split em then

yes they must be taken everyday. Depending how prone you are to gyno depends on whether you should take them 10 or 20 mg a day
