Taking Dbol right?
I am jumpstarting my cycle with 4 weeks of Dbol at 30mg everyday.
I take the dbol like this.
10mg When I wake up.
10mg About 1hr before I work out, which is usually around 4pm
10mg Before I go to sleep.
Is this good for keeping blood levels constant, and also maximum gains?
I am starting week 3 of my cycle, and when should i really start to notice strenght increase & weight increase.

What works best for me is 10mg when I wake up and 5mg every 3 hrs. after. Something like this:
5:30 - 10mg
8:30 - 5mg
11:30 - 5mg
2:30 - 5mg
5:30 - 5mg
I don't like to take them before I go to bed because they usually give me a headache. I usually strength increases after about a week.

I do mine similair to timbers, I think you should up the dosage a tab or two though

i tend to take mine like this, and i get a good pump during and for quite sometime after the workout.
7:30 - 10mg
12:30 - 5mg
45mins before the workout - 5mg
30mins after the workout 10mg (goto bed within 4 hours of taking this one.
But i agree with power2lift you should be feeling quite a lot after 3 weeks.

hi bro
i take 40mg a day for the first 4-5 weeks. i take them 5mg every hour, i also get a headache if i take them before bed. i would say the slight igf release you get with c17's doing before bed isn't the best way, as you want a stedy igf release whilst sleeping. taking before bed will give you a spike imo. i notice a pump like no other after about 4 days and it gets worse, by week 4 i can't walk up the stairs without get a massive pump in my legs.

yea, i am running 500mg of Test & 400mg of Deca
my weight is up 11-12 lbs and i am just starting week 3
I do get killer pumps, i was just askin when everyone else notice the dbol kick in.
for me, it was around the 5th day or so. I don't know if it was just a mental thing, so i lifted harder knowing i was on my cycle, or if it really kicked in.
