Trying to get some legit answers guys! Thanks in advance for your helping a newbie!

I am on my first cycle (9 days in)

Test 250 once per week (looking for muscle gains of about 10-15 lbs)
HGH 2.5 iu's per day (5 on and two off) - looking to drop some BF%

I am up 13lbs and look extremely puffy!

Is that just water?

How long until I should see some results?

Can I take clen during this cycle?

The GH will cause some water retention as will the test. Are you running any type of anti-e with your cycle? If its test enth.....effects will start around the 4th wk or so. Yes you can take clen but it will have no effect on your water retention. Clen is used to reduce BF and should always be cycled 2wks on/2wks off.

gh isnt really for a 1st cycle, if u were lookin to loose boday fat shoulda gotten on a good diet and cardio.

its just water retention from the test bro get some letro(femara) and it'll get rid of that.

it should start to kick in around week 4-5.... i would take clen during pct

hmmmmmmmm... 13 lbs in 9 days... that sounds wrong........

if you were running test cyp/eq and dbol .. or some other orals you don't want us to know about that would more be the reason for the bloat..
but like what was stated.. it takes 304 weeks for the test to kick in.. and GH.. no.. that's not the issue either..

so.. what are you not telling us..

Start your armidex now. You should have started your anti-e, at the latest, when you took your first injection. Run your armidex at .5mg/ED throughout your PCT. Do you have your nolva on hand??....although at that dose signs of gyno are unlikely.

You're correct...you probaly will not need it because of the low dose, but it would not hurt to have on hand. Besides this, nolva should be included into your PCT at 20mg/ED.
