i've been doing the liquid nolva, and it isnt as bad as i thought it would be based on everyones thought of it. It is nasty, but do-able. did ur bro's needed to be placed in water heated to 150 degrees in order to make the clumps of nolva dissolve>? i read u must keep a pin in the top to let the air out so it doesnt explode like a grenade, i heard elsewhere that is unnecessary. so whats up?
