Strength gains with minimal mass gains
If for example an olympic lifter wanted to gain strength and stay in a certain weight category (no mass), what would be more benficial:
To take (reasonably) "high" dosages while keeping their calories intake low OR to keep the dosages low and basically run a cutting cycle.
Here are 2 sample cycles to illustrate what I'm asking. Does more equals better in that case? Which one would result in the most strength gains:
1) 1-4 halo 40mg ED, 1-6 var 60mg ED, 1-10 Test prop 100 ED, 1-16 GH 5iu ED
2) 1-4 halo 25mg ED, 1-6 var 40mg ED, 1-10 Test prop 100 EOD,1-16 GH 2.5ED
What about some Drol or D-bol on a restricted diet? Would that work for the purpose stated in the subject?
Thank you

Well, after reading the great post about collagen synthesis, I will definately not run more than 250mg/week of test. So that solved a part of the problem.
