Sustenon 250 Symtoms

What are the common symptoms after the first shot of Sustenon 250, I had my first one yesterday and I experienced some Diarrhea and dryness in my throat and nose. Is this common???

Also the Inejection was not so painfull, does this mean that the gear that I bought was not so good??????
It's Sust, Organon Halanda made in Portugal I believe.

that's the sus i've always used and i know pros that use that one aswell. I used to get hot flushes from time to time on high dosages
