glutes, delts, quads, in that order....
Delts are a good place for me...little or no pain at all...I also like the quads....
Delts then Glutes, i can't reach around anymore to inject my glutes so i just shoot my delts... I'll probally try biceps one day...

i like hitting the quads, easiest to asperate and easier to control pressure
Quads are the easiest for me, pecs are easy too but putting prop in them makes it quite hard to lift when it comes around to my bench day.

Quads in first place, cause of the same reasons as scottninpo. Second glutes, cause they are the easiest to penetrate. Third I'd say delts.

Unlike a lotta bros here I prefer smaller muscle groups i.e. delts, bi's tris. Don't know mabye it's just something about that pin in the bi, it looks so freaky!

Used to have someone do my delts and glutes until I found a slow painless method of duing quads. Dart method to the delts was cool but I read a thread that discouraged me saying the dart method tears .
QUADS is my final answer.

Glutes for me since I can put in 5cc at a time but you gotta switch it up when you take susp and some others
hehe what did racing do? I think 1 cross dreaser is enough on the board dont you think hahaha
