    I have read many posts...

and everyone seems to be united in the understanding that diuretics are not a healthy way to shead water during your cycle. This makes total sense knowing how hard they are on your system combined with what your liver is trying to deal with already.

What is everyones feelings on taking a mild perscription diuretic occasionally during your cycle. Something 1 pill every 10 days or so just to knock off some bloat when things get really heavy? Do you think there would be any ill effects from this type of sparse use?

use femara or l-dex for bloat, the bloats is caused by excess estrogen floating around, cut the conversion from the start, bloat gone..
