hoiw to completely avoid water retention?

enanthate . To make it short and sweet; I am currently planning my first cycle of test enanthate and I was wondering if nolvadex and liquidex would almost completely prevent water retention, mainly in the face. The reason is, I have certain family memebers who would recognize it and I do not want them to know. Thanks bros.

Both bro, along with a clean ass diet low in sodium and in carbs.

They will definately help keep water retention to very low, it is very hard to not have any water retention at all inless you are also using a diuretic(which i do not recomend)

Thanks for the replies bros. The main place I do NOT want to retain water is in my **** cheeks!! On just creatine, those things puffed out like a **** chipmunk! Thanks again.

hah...there is really no way to completely stop water retention...but l-dex and nolva will help alot...and i don't suggest taking a diuretic....very unhealthy....makes you very weak as well....JMO
