    Its time to say goodbye

    As many of you might know I have been called to active duty on January 3rd one day after my new child was born. We have been in a holding pattern at my unit untill we recieved our orders. As of last night we recieved our orders and now with a heavy heart I have so say I will be leaving for a tour. I leave with a proud feeling in my heart but also sadness because I leave my family and my friends I want to thank you for all your friendship and I will hope to stay on the board as much as I can but the location will not permit me to have access to a computer.
    God bless all of you on this board I consider all of you my very close friends

    As a former Airborne Ranger myself I empathize with you on your deployment. Been there. . .done that. But this time it is different in many ways. The bastards brought shit. . .now they get shit!
