L-Dex dose

I am starting my new cycle but for my l-dex I need to take .25mg ED. How the F*** do I measure it when it comes in 25mg. I don't have anything to measure it with. Would a eye droper work?

yeah eye droppers work great, If you got it from LR they give an eye dropper with a measurements on the side. .25mg is equal to .25ml.

Yeah no eye dropper I am going to have to use my own or get one from a pharmacy that has measurements on it.

I get my stuff LS and there arent any markings on the dropper, so I use a syringe to get the measurements. Its ghetto, but it works. Next time Im going with LR.
