    how many cycles per year?

    A newbies dumbass question:

Any input on how many cycles do you guys "fit" into a year? If the average gain cycle is 10-14 weeks and 3-4 weeks PCT do you launch into another gain cycle when that is done? In other words, How do you know when you're ready for the next cycle?

    cheers!

this is far from a stupid question bro, as referenced by the answers you got.

this is definitely something you need to understand, and work out for yourself based on your goals and how your body handles aas.

as you gain more experience and are able to tell how you react to certain compounds you'll be able to better determine whats right for you, and you can set your timetables accordingly.

Once you get in the game for longer you start to get better and better prices. I could do two cycle for the price it cost me for my first cycle and also using more compounds.

are you saying 5 on, 2 off 5 on or 5 on 1 off 5 on 1 off or 10 on then 2 off, not to be picky buy i'd like my current cycle to last as long as possible and i'd like to know what's safe. i'm over 3 months on right now, have had no indications of gyno, but have had indications, numb hands of blood pressure.

also, like anyone else im concerned about keeping gains between cycles, any recommendations there? creatine? more frequent workouts, daily workouts that do a little of everything as opposed to arm day, shoulder days, leg days, etc.? not to get off base on this thread but to me these are my concerns and they factor in to my desired cycle lengths, etc.

General rule to follow is time on = time off just as anyone said. However, of course there are different people running different kinds of cycles. Some run those long 20+ week cycles, others prefer to run smaller cycles, going 6-8 weeks, and maybe doing 3-4 of those a year.

Personally I try to stick with 1-2 a year. I fear sometimes I'm getting too hooked and dependent on steroids . In it's own way, it is an addiction

Like everyone said, and especially true for beginners, time on should equal time off. Give your body adequate chance to recover, etc...and ideally, you could get bloodwork done to truly monitor your recovery...

but as you'll see, as some people get more advanced (and much larger) they'll be on longer cycles, shorter off times, larger doses etc...it really comes down to knowing your body and how it reacts to all this...like asymm said 10 months on, 2 off...not a good idea for most of us, but he's been around, he knows his body and has a lot of knowledge and experience about all this, so (at least it sounds like it from reading all of his posts) he knows what he's doing...
